To qualify for our 5-minute vision test, you must:
Be between 18 and 55 years old.
Have a previous prescription and a comprehensive eye exam within the last 4 years.
Have no history of diabetes, glaucoma, or other conditions affecting eye health.
Fall within our wide prescribing power of -12 to +8.
