Can multiple irises be combined into a single photo?
Yes, it's possible to combine multiple irises into a single photo, as shown by the Duo and Trio effects in the gallery on our website.
Is it possible to photograph an animal's iris?
No, unfortunately not at the moment.
Is it mandatory to book an appointment?
It is highly recommended to book an appointment.You can book an appointment here.
Is physical presence required, or is a photo enough?
You must be present for the capture of your iris.
What print materials and sizes are available?
We offer several print materials. You can choose from FineArt photo paper, ChromaLuxe metal, acrylic, and stretched canvas.Sizes range from 10x10" to 40x40". In-store, we only offer photo paper prints, with sizes of 13x19" and 17x22".See our pricing here: Print Pricing
Is it possible to get only the digital version?
Yes, we offer a high-definition digital file starting at $75.
I have brown eyes, is it worth it?
Of course! You will be amazed by the result. Brown eyes can have a lot of depth and texture.
How long does the experience take?
It takes about 30 minutes for one iris.
This includes the photoshoot, photo editing, and your approval.
Are the photos natural?
Yes, they are only edited to remove details like reflections or specks.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Yes, the minimum age is 5 years old. Below that, it’s really difficult to get a clear photo.
Can I try it before committing?
At our store, you have free access to a tool with a magnifying effect to see your iris up close and appreciate all its details.
I wear contact lenses, is that a problem?
No problem. You can either keep them on or take them off. We have the necessary equipment in-store to store them safely.
Can I gift the experience to someone?

Is the photo process harmful or aggressive to the eyes?
No, we only use a flash, and no products are applied to the eye.
What are the production and delivery timelines?
For any order placed through our website, delivery times range from 5 to 15 days.
My frame arrived damaged.
Just write to us at charlotte@artiris.com, and we will be happy to replace your frame.
Personal Data Protection.
Photos are deleted from our servers after 3 months, or immediately after the session if you prefer.
